- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 to 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
- Pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in almond flour, protein powder, and salt until thick.
Fold in chocolate chips.
