Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 to 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl and stir in almond flour, protein powder, and salt until thick.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Chill 30–60 minutes. Serve.
