Ingredients
  

  • 6 large or 8 medium croissants
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Slice croissants.
  • Grease baking dish.
  • Arrange croissants.
  • Mix custard ingredients.
  • Pour over croissants.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Add melted butter.
  • Bake 30–35 minutes.
  • Cool slightly.
