Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
Pat the dough into a ¾-inch thick rectangle. Fold the dough in thirds, like a letter. Repeat this folding process 3-4 times to create layers.
Cut out biscuits with a biscuit cutter or knife.
Place biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool slightly before serving.
