Ingredients
  

  • Large Eggs: 3 large, separated
  • Cream Cheese: 3 ounces (85g), full-fat, softened
  • Cream of Tartar: 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
  • Optional Seasonings: To taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300F (150C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Carefully separate the egg whites and egg yolks into two separate bowls.
  • In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the softened cream cheese. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • In the bowl with the egg whites, add the cream of tartar. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small, circular mounds.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cloud bread is lightly golden brown and set.
  • Let the cloud bread cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Light, airy, and perfect for sandwiches or snacks without the carbs. For best texture, let them cool fully before storing in an airtight container.
