Keto Cloud Bread
Keto Cloud Bread: Whip egg whites and cream cheese into fluffy, low-carb buns that toast like real bread, only 1 g net carb each.

Large Eggs: 3
large, separated
Cream Cheese: 3
ounces (85g), full-fat, softened
Cream of Tartar: 1/4
teaspoon (1g)
Optional Seasonings: To taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300F (150C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Carefully separate the egg whites and egg yolks into two separate bowls.
In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the softened cream cheese. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
In the bowl with the egg whites, add the cream of tartar. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.
Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small, circular mounds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cloud bread is lightly golden brown and set.
Let the cloud bread cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Light, airy, and perfect for sandwiches or snacks without the carbs. For best texture, let them cool fully before storing in an airtight container.
